NASARIMBA is the collaborative practice of artists, Mikhail Miller and Rachel Ziriada.
NASARIMBA is a fictional word they began using as a moniker in 2015 when they met
in Victoria, BC and started collaborating on large-scale installation works. Relocating to Calgary in 2016, their collaborative practice expanded as they produced vibrant works spanning across the mediums of collage, painting, printmaking, sculpture, installation and murals. NASARIMBA works in a predominately abstract manner, using line, form and colour harmonies to create visceral experiences for the viewer. Their work is made through process and intuitive decision making, often responding to space and architecture.
